Use

You can create a more detailed view of the complete trip itinerary using Add. Destinations (Stopovers). A stopover is any destination that differs to the final main destination of the trip. If you enter a destination that differs from the main destination, and it has attributes that are relevant to travel expenses, you must enter this destination as a stopover.

Trip destination attributes that are relevant to travel expenses can include:

Procedure

You create a stopover on the Add Destinations tab on the Offline Trip Details screen.

  1. Enter the data for the additional destination (stopover).
  2. Check the information.
  3. Note: You must enter all relevant data for the additional destination otherwise the system may use the wrong reimbursement rate for calculating per diems/ flat rates.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 for any other stopovers you want to create.
  5. Choose Copy.
  6. Enter any additional trip facts and choose Save.

Result

You have created an additional destination for your trip.
