Information: Hotel Availability: Room List

In the Hotel Availability: Room List dialog box you can see the rooms available in the hotel you selected. The list is sorted by room price in ascending order.

Here you can choose a room that is then prereserved for a certain period of time and is available for online booking.

Legend

Negotiated hotel rates	If your company or your travel agency has negotiated special rates with hotel chains and they are stored in the Cusomizing settings, the rate codes are displayed here. In an availability query the system checks to see if negotiated rates are known by the reservation system and if there are offers that correspond with these rates. Hotels for which a negotiated rate applies are indicated with an icon in the hotel list. The rate that applies in each case can be seen in the quick info text that appears when you leave the cursor on the relevant icon for a few seconds.
Price limit	If a price limit has been stored in your Customizing settings, the maximum amount that must/should not be exceeded for an overnight stay at the selected location is displayed here. The price limit is not yet applied in the display of hotels in the hotel list. When the room list is displayed, however, the price limit is considered in the way specified in your Customizing settings. Therefore, in the availability list, rooms priced higher than the maximum amount can be: Displayed and selected, for example, in combination with a reason Displayed but not selected Suppressed
Notes on reservations	The prerequisites for reservation and important notes are named here. Possible specifications: Guaranteed reservation required Credit card details usually are required. If the reserved travel service is not utilized, but was not canceled, the company has the obligation to pay the provider for the service. Deposit It is usually necessary to specify the details of your credit card, which is debited with a deposit when you make a reservation. Room availability guarantee The provider guarantees the availability of the reserved hotel room until a time specified in the contract. Company identification necessary When a room is reserved, the identification number of the requesting company must be specified. Minimum length of stay The specified room rate only applies for a minimum length of stay. Seasonal rate fluctuations The rate displayed depends on the season. The rate can be higher or lower than the rates valid outside of the current season.
Room description	If the selected hotel has made its inventory database available to the external reservation system, you can see the database room description in the standard system (usually in English). This description is a text specified by the hotel containing information on the furnishing and the rate of the room. Since the information supplied by the hotel database is not structured according to global, standardized criteria, the profile filters defined in SAP R/3 Travel Planning can not be used. It is consequently impossible to check whether the rooms offered by the relevant hotel correspond with valid class rules, traveler's preferences or specific rate categories.
Room price	The price per room in the currency defined by the hotel. The price in parentheses is the price in the currency used by the travel agency. The base price valid for the relevant room is shown in the left column.
