Backing Up Data
Use
You can use this function to backup your trip and time sheet information to a directory on your local computer, or to save the information to disk.
Activities
To backup your data, choose Backup. Enter the directory where you want to save the information and choose Backup. The appropriate message appears when the data is saved. The Restore function allows you to get the information from an earlier backup.
The Restore function overwrites your existing data with the data stored in the directory specified. You should only use the Restore function if it is absolutely necessary.
