You can find a pushbutton for saving your data on each individual data entry form. Data is not saved when you use the copy function. A trip or a receipt without a trip can be saved using the corresponding save trip or save receipt buttons. Offline Travel Expenses accesses the hard drive of your local computer using its own offline database. The data you enter is saved in this offline database in XML format.

If you change trips that have already been synchronized in the R/3 system, these data records are transferred to Offline Travel Expenses and saved in the offline database when the next synchronization takes place.

To save your data, choose either save trip or save receipt.
