You can use trip segments (kilometer distribution) to enter travel cost information for specific days. If you entered a cost assignment when entering the general trip information, this assignment is shown in the trip segment display.

Go to the Trip Segment tab page in the lower section of the Offline Trip Details screen

1. Enter the actual kilometers traveled per day and any other information for the trip segment.
2. Copy the information for the trip segment.
3. Enter any additional trip facts and choose Save.

You have entered the kilometer distribution for this trip.
