You can enter an explanatory comment for every trip. This text is printed at the bottom of the standard form under the heading Comments.
You can create a comment in two places:
- Receipt Comments
You can enter a comment when you create or change receipts. You do this on the details screen. Note: The availability of this option depends on your Customizing settings.
- Trip Comments
You can enter a comment for a trip on the Comments tab page on the lower section of the Offline Trip Details screen.
