You can use the Offline Travel Expenses function to change, copy and delete receipts. These functions are all completed on the Receipts screen.
Features
Change
To change a receipt, select the receipt you want to change in the receipts list and choose Change. The receipt is copied into the entry line. You can then make the changes required, and mark the receipt for synchronization if required. The additional information is displayed in change mode in the lower section of the window.
Copy
To copy a receipt, select the receipt you want to copy in the receipts list and choose Copy. The copied receipt is transferred to the entry line. Here, you can change the copied data as required and save the new receipt.
Delete
To delete a receipt, select the receipt you want to delete in the receipts list and choose Delete. The receipt will be removed from the receipt list.
