Use

Once you have queried and selected all the required travel services for a travel plan in the system, you can display all of the prices for the trip together.

Activities

To display the price overview you must already have opened a travel plan for editing.

  1. Choose in the menu of Structure linkTravel Management ® Travel Planning ® Planning manager.
  2. In the overview, select a travel plan.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying textChange with quick info Change Travel Plan (F6) ® This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Airfare with quick info Determine Airfare (Ctrl + F1) .
