Offline Travel Expenses runs in a Web browser, and therefore some of the keys on your keyboard do not call up Offline Travel functions as usual. In this case, they are assigned to the functions for your Web browser, for example:
- F1
does not call up field help.
- You call up input help using an icon and not by choosing F4.
- The Enter key is used for different function, depending upon the Web browser used. You should not use Enter to confirm or make entries in Offline Travel Expenses.
- The Tab key moves the focus to the next interactive element on the HTML Interface. These interactive elements include not only the entry fields but also hyperlinks and buttons. This means that the advantage gained from using the Tab function in Offline Travel Expenses may be limited.
- SAP recommend you use the mouse to complete tasks in Offline Travel Expenses where possible.
