The trip list provides you with an overview of all trips that exist for your personnel number. It displays their status, the date, and trip number. Trips are only assigned a number when they are synchronized for the first time. After the data has been synchronized the trip also contains all relevant data from the R/3 system.

From this list, you can edit existing trips and create new trips.

You can sort the list according to the column headings. To do this, click on the column heading. A small triangle next to the column title displays the order in which the column is sorted. To change this order, click on the column title again. Columns that have been added by a customer enhancement cannot be sorted.

The following processing options are available:

• Create
  Create a new trip.
• Copy
  Create a new trip by copying details from an existing trip.

• Select
  Display the trip details The same function can be accessed by clicking on the link for the start date of the trip in the list.

• Remove from list
  You can remove trips from the display, offline trips that have not been synchronized with R/3 are deleted and R/3 trips are removed from the list.

• Delete:
  Delete offline trips and mark R/3 trips for deletion.

• Reset Changes
  Reset R/3 trips that have been changed offline, back to the their R/3 status (in other words reset any offline changes made).

• Filter:
  Filter the trip list (for example display trips for a particular time frame).

• Results:
  Generate a form with the simulated travel expense results.

• Change Sync. ID
  Change the value of the synchronization indicator.
