 Overdue Project PO Items Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

The analytical app displays the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Overdue Project PO Items. You can display all the purchase order (PO) items that are overdue across projects.

Key Features

  • Enables you to drill-down to specific details of the purchase order item.

  • Displays the partial project hierarchy structure from the selected project PO item up to the project definition.

  • Calculates the number of days by which a project PO item is overdue with reference to the vendor confirmation delivery dates. If this date is not available, the calculation rule uses the scheduled delivery dates.

  • You can display charts that are used to identify the stock availability in and across projects, plants, and sales orders.

  • You can group project PO items based on the project it belongs to or the days by which it is overdue.

  • You can filter the project PO items based on any of the following options:

    • Range of days overdue

    • Project

    • Purchase Order

    • Material

    • Vendor

  • You can navigate to related fact sheets.

  • Integration with the SAP Jam collaboration platform.

System Landscape Requirements

The app consists of front-end components and back-end components. The back-end and the front-end components are delivered in separate products and have to be installed in a system landscape that is enabled for SAP Fiori.
