The Analyze Requirements app enables you to analyze the ATP check results of a sales order. The app provides you with the following information for each requirement:
Confirmation status (confirmation percentage and delays if any)
Information about the substitutions that were performed by a rules-based ATP check
To do a root-cause analysis of the ATP check results, you can drill down to the schedule line information and the results of each ATP check method performed during the ATP check.
You can use the app to do the following:
Analyze requirements by grouping them under the following categories:
All requirements
Delayed requirements
A delayed requirement is a requirement for which the confirmed date is after the requested date. You can choose the date type (material availability date or delivery date).
Requirements where a rules-based ATP check has performed substitutions
Sort the results of the ATP checks on different columns
Identify the type of substitution that the requirements underwent
Drill down to the schedule line information for each requirement to analyze the following:
Check methods (steps) involved in the availability check
Results of each check method
Check method that has limited the confirmation (limiting step)
Details for a product allocation check
Navigate to the app in the following two ways:
From the ATP Overview app
From the app launcher tile, on the SAP Fiori launchpad, created by the end user from a variant in the ATP Overview app
Personalize the list of the columns that are displayed on the screen
