By granting authorizations to users or roles, you define who can see the KPI or report tile at runtime. You can either grant authorizations by choosing Manage Authorizations on the home screen or during the process of defining an evaluation.

Procedure

Granting or Changing Authorizations
  1. On the home screen, choose Manage Authorizations from the action menu at the bottom left corner to open the Manage Authorizations screen.

  2. Select the KPI for which you want to grant authorizations.

  3. Select the evaluation for which you want to grant authorizations by selecting the corresponding checkbox.

  4. Search for users or roles using the search field.

  5. Select or deselect users or roles by selecting or deselecting the corresponding checkbox.

  6. Click Save Authorization.

Granting or Changing Authorizations during the Evaluation Maintenance Process
  1. On the home screen, double-click a KPI or a report.

  2. Select an evaluation and choose Edit to open the Edit Evaluation screen.

  3. Choose the Authorizations step.

  4. Search for users or roles using the search field.

  5. Select or deselect users or roles by selecting or deselecting the corresponding checkbox.

  6. Click Finish to save the authorization.
