The analytical app displays the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Cash Pool Deficit. With Cash Pool Deficit, you can quickly identify cash pools with deficits and the total deficit amount in cash pools. This KPI provides valuable information for you to respond quickly to cash pool deficits and to allocate funds smartly among your cash pools.

  • Calculations: All negative amounts are summed as the total deficit.

  • Query: ERP_FCLM_MP05_QDCP01

  • Generic drill-downs: by bank account

    Customizing in the backend system:

    • Activity:   Financial Supply Chain Management   Cash and Liquidity Management   Cash Management   Structuring   Grouping   Define Grouping and Maintain Headers  

      Configuration: Add your grouping with a name starting with SAPCP. Each grouping entry represents a cash pool.

    • Activity:   Financial Supply Chain Management   Cash and Liquidity Management   Cash Management   Structuring   Grouping   Maintain Structure  

      Configuration: Add the corresponding G/L account and company code for the grouping defined for each bank account in the cash pool. The House bank and house bank account ID are necessary for those G/L accounts. Wildcard characters are not allowed.

  • You must not include wildcard characters in the company code field in the grouping structure definition.

  • If your company uses SAP Jam, you can post comments there. You can also send emails from this app.

The app consists of front-end components and back-end components. The back-end and the front-end components are delivered in separate products and have to be installed in a system landscape that is enabled for SAP Fiori.
