Procedure

You must create a policy group before you can create a policy.

  1. Choose   Master Data   Regulations and Policies   Policies  

  2. Choose   Create   Policy Group  .

    The Policy Group screen displays.

  3. Complete the following fields:

    Policy Group fields

    Field Name

    Description

    Group Name (required)

    Create a distinctive Group Name.

    Description (optional)

    Enter information to tell users the contents of the Policy Group.

    Approval Survey (required)

    Select the survey from the dropdown.

    Note Note

    You must have previously created an Approval Survey in the Survey Library.

    End of the note.

    Valid From (required)

    Enter the starting date.

    Valid To (required)

    Enter the ending date.

  4. Choose Save and Close.
