Configuring CAPA Plan Values 
Procedure
Process Control provides a list of default values for fields on the CAPA remediation screens. However, you can also customize the values through the Customizing activities.

On this screen, you can configure values for the fields:

To configure the values:
Open the Customizing activity. Select
Governance, Risk, and Compliance 
Process Control Multiple Compliance Framework Edit Business Process Transactions
. The Business Transactions Overview screen appears.Select Business Transactions.
Choose CAPA.
Select Attributes. The following attributes appear:
Immediate Causes – This attribute affects the values listed for the Immediate Causes field.
Potential Impacts
Seriousness
Techniques – This attribute affects the Root Cause Analysis screen.
Select an attribute and choose Values. The Work Area screen appears.
In the Regulation Type field, enter Operational and choose execute. The values table appears.
Update the values in the table.
Select Save.
