Transferring an Audit Plan Proposal 
You use the following procedure to transfer an audit plan proposal to NetWeaver Audit Management for audit processing.
Prerequisites
You have completed the following:
You have confirmed your role authorization for transferring an audit plan proposal
See Internal Audit Management Roles for more information.
You have confirmed that the audit plan proposal is in Released status
See Creating an Audit Plan Proposal for more information.
Note
The audit plan proposal cannot be deleted if the data has been transferred.
Process
To transfer the audit plan proposal:
Navigate to
Internal Audit Management 
Audit Planning Audit Plan Proposal 
.The list of audit plan proposals is displayed.
Choose the desired audit plan proposal you want to transfer.
Choose Transfer.
After the audit plan proposal has successfully transferred, the Transferred On and Transferred By data is displayed.
The audit proposal transfer can be repeatable by selecting the Customizing activity Allow Repeat Transfers of Audit Components and setting the IMG flag to X (yes).
