  • Frequency — The planning frequency for recurring planning. If the plan item represents one-time planning, this column displays One Time Plan.

  • Start Date — The plan item start date.

  • Due Date — The plan item due date.

  • Recipients — The e-mail addresses of the plan item recipients.

  • Status — The plan item planning and execution status.

The Status can be one of the following:

  • Error — The case has executed, but has failed.

  • In Process — The case is in process, but has not finished.

  • Completed — The case has executed successfully.

  • Overdue — The case has not been processed, and the due date has passed.

  • With exceptions — The case has completed, but with exceptions.

You can filter plan items, as required, by plan name, plan activity, organization, as well as by a date range. You can also manually send notifications to recipients, as appropriate.
