Deleting a Risk 
You can delete any risk. However, deleting a risk invalidates any rule generated from that risk.
Procedure
To delete a risk:
Navigate to
Rule Architect 
Risks Search 
The Search Risk screen appears.
Follow the procedure in the Searching and Viewing Risks topic to find the risk you want to edit.
When you find the risk, choose the check box next to it, and choose Delete.
A confirmation message appears.
Choose OK.
