During the approval process, you can reroute the request to another approver.
Follow the steps below to reroute a request.
On the Request Number-General Information screen, choose Reroute. The Request Information-Reroute screen appears.
In the Stage field, from the dropdown menu select the desired workflow stage.
In the Comments field, enter a short explanation for rerouting this request.
Choose Save.
Note
The Reroute button is visible only if the stage level settings allow the approver to reroute.
