My Work: Search Request 
The Search Request option allows you to search for All, Open, Closed, Held, Rejected, or Canceled requests. You can specify search criteria to filter your request. The information that is returned is for viewing only; you cannot modify it.
On the My Work tab, choose Search Request.
The Search Request screen appears and presents the following options for narrowing your search criteria and reducing the number of results.

Enter the request ID, or part of it (wildcards are accepted) |
Workflow Type |
Select from the dropdown list the type of workflow that the request may be associated with:

Requestor Last Name |
To search by the last name of the person the request was submitted by, enter it here. |
Requestor First Name |
To search by the first name of the person the request was submitted by, enter it here. |
Status |
To search by the status of the request you are searching for, select it here. |
Request Type |
To search by the type of the request you are searching for, select it here. |
Request Priority |
To search by the priority of the request you are searching for, select it here. |
Creation Start Date;Creation End Date |
To search for requests within a certain date range, use the calendar icon to enter the start date and end date of the date range you would like to search. |

Here, you can enter the Approver ID of the approver. |

From the dropdown list, select a path. |

Archived Requests |
To include archived requests, choose the checkbox. |
Choose the More icon to display the Additional User Information screen that contains the following additional fields that are required to complete the request creation:
Approver ID: Enter the user ID of the approver to whom the access request is routed.
Path: Select the path through which the request is traveling.
Note
The paths available are configurable and differ from system to system.
Stage: Select the stage in which the request currently resides.
Role: Type the name of the role for which you would like to search.
Application: Select the system of the requests for which you are searching.
Company: Select the company of the requests for which you are searching.
Location: Enter the name of the location if you wish to search for requests that belong to a particular location.
Functional Area: Select the functional area of the requests for which you are searching.
Note
Any custom fields created by your administrator appear below Functional Area as additional search criteria.
Once you have selected all your search criteria, choose Search to retrieve a list of requests. To reset the form and start over, choose Clear.
From the list of results, choose the Request Number to view the details of the request.
