Service Level for Requests displays a report on the actual time taken to complete a request versus its expected time. You can filter the report based on any of the input fields.
To generate a Service Level for Requests report, use the parameters in the table below to select the data that you want to review.

Start Date |
Use the calendar icon to select the beginning of the date range that you want to search. |
End Date |
Use the calendar icon to select the end of the date range that you want to search. |
Requestor |
To display the results for just one requestor, enter the requestor's name here. |
Requestor ID |
To search for requests by made by a specific user, enter that user’s Requestor ID here. |
Approver |
To search for requests that are assigned to a particular approver, enter the approver’s name here. |
Status |
To search for requests in a particular status, select the status from the dropdown menu. |
Workflow Type |
To search for requests that belong to a particular workflow type, select the workflow type here. |
Only display requests that exceed service levels |
To display requests that exceed established service levels, check this box. |
Archived Requests |
To include archived requests in your search, check this box. |
When you have selected your parameters, choose Search. When the system displays the report results, you may print or download the report into Excel for further analysis.
Note
The default download is to Excel. However, if the file is greater than 65,000 lines, the system automatically downloads in tab-delimited file format. The user cannot select this format, it is automatic based on file size.
Choose Clear to empty the fields and start a new search. Choose Cancel to return to the menu page.
