Account Validation for Request Types 
When you submit an Account Request, the application can validate the user account and provide a warning or error message before the user proceeds with the request:
For request type New, a warning or error message is provided if the account already exists.
For request types Change,DeleteLock, Unlock,a warning or error message is provided if the account does not exist.
Note
The account validation is configured by your administrator.
The administrator can make a choice between two settings:
Warning message: if this setting is configured, the user can still proceed with the request after having received a warning message
Error message: if this setting is configured, then the user receives an error message, and cannot submit the request.
