Procedure

Request with Conflicts and Mitigations displays a report for all requests that generated risk violation conflicts and were assigned a mitigation control. You can filter the report based on any of the fields on the Request with Conflicts and Mitigations screen.

  1. To generate a Request with Conflicts and Mitigation report, select from the parameters below for the data that you want to review.

    Parameter

    Description

    Date From

    Use the calendar icon to select the beginning of the date range you want to search.

    Date To

    Use the calendar icon to select the end of the date range you want to search.

    Requestor

    To display results for just one requestor, enter the requestor's name here.

    Requestor ID

    To search for requests that were submitted by a specific user, enter that user's ID here.

    Approver

    To search for requests that are assigned to a particular approver, enter the approver’s name here.

    Risk ID

    To search for requests that have a specific risk violation, enter the Risk ID of that violation here.

    Status

    To search for requests that are in a particular status, select the status from the dropdown menu.

    Workflow Type

    To search for requests that belong to a particular workflow type, select the workflow type here.

    Conflicts without mitigation controls

    Select this radio button to include conflicts that have no mitigating controls.

    Conflicts with mitigation controls

    Select this radio button to include conflicts that have assigned mitigating controls.

    Archived Requests

    To include archived requests in your search, check this box.

  2. Once you have selected your parameters, choose Search to display the requested results.

    To view the details of a request, copy and paste the request number into the Search Request option in the My Work tab.

  3. Select any of the column headings in the Search Results table to sort the request in ascending or descending order.

  4. Choose Clear to empty the fields and start a new search.

  5. Choose Cancel to return to the menu page.

  6. Choose the Print pushbutton to print the report.

  7. Choose the Download pushbutton to download the report for further analysis.

    Note Note

    The default download is to Excel. However, if the file is greater than 65,000 lines, the system automatically downloads in tab-delimited file format. The user cannot select this format, it is automatic based on file size.
