You use the User Review Status report to view the request status and current reviewer details for SoD Reviews, or for User Access Reviews.

You can choose whether to run this report for SoD reviews or for User Access reviews.

It is also possible to include or exclude subsets of either review workflow type by setting the other criteria you use to run the report.

After you have specified the search criteria and run the report, you can print the report.

  1. To generate a User Access Review History report, you specify the criteria among the following parameters.

    Parameter

    Description

    Workflow Type

    From the dropdown, choose either SoD Review or User Access Review.

    Reviewer ID

    You can view the history of all reviews (of the chosen workflow type) that were conducted by a specific reviewer. Enter the reviewer’s ID, or choose the magnifying glass icon to search for that reviewer’s user ID.

    Coordinator ID

    To view the history of all reviews (of the chosen workflow type) by a specific coordinator, enter the coordinator’s user ID or choose the magnifying glass icon to search for it.

    User ID

    To see the history of all reviews (of the chosen workflow type) for a specific user, enter the User ID or choose the magnifying glass icon to search for it.

    Organization

    To search by Organization name, enter it in this field.

    Request Number

    To search by Request Number, enter it in this field.

    Request Status

    To search for all, or for specific classifications of request status, choose from the dropdown list:

    • All

    • Cancel

    • Closed

    • Open

    Escalated

    To view all escalated reviews (of the chosen workflow type), or to view the subsets of escalated reviews that had rejections; or did not have rejections, choose from the dropdown lists:

    • All

      Displays all escalated reviews

    • Yes

      Displays escalated reviews that had rejections; includes a line item count of rejections

    • No

      Displays escalated reviews that did not have rejections

    Creation Start Date/Creation End Date

    To see all the reviews (of the chosen workflow type) conducted within a specific date range, choose the calendar icon to select the start date and end date for the range.

    Hit Count

    Here, you may specify the maximum number of records to be returned in the search.

    Archived Requests

    To include archived reviews in the report, check this box.

    To access additional search criteria fields, choose the More link.

    Risk ID

    To see the history of all reviews (of the chosen workflow type) for a specific risk ID, enter the risk ID here.

    Request Priority

    Choose among the dropdown selections to limit the reviews (of the chosen workflow type) to one of the following:

    • SoD High

    • Superuser Management

    Path

    Choose among the dropdown selections to see the path to reviews (of the chosen workflow type).

    Stage

    Choose among the dropdown selections to see the current stage of the reviews (of the chosen workflow type).

    Application

    Choose among the systems in the dropdown list to see all the reviews (of the chosen workflow type) for a specific application system.

    Approver ID

    To see the history of all reviews (of the chosen workflow type) that were approved by a specific approver, enter the reviewer’s ID, or choose the magnifying glass icon to search for the ID.

    Forwarded Reviewer ID

    To see the history of all SoDs that were reviewed by a reviewer to whom a review was forwarded, enter the reviewer’s ID, or choose the magnifying glass icon to search for the ID.

  2. Once you have selected your parameters, choose the Search pushbutton to display the results.

    You can print the report.

    You can also:

    • Choose the Clear pushbutton to begin entering criteria to start a new search.

    • Select a column heading in the Search Results table to sort the requests in ascending or descending order.

    • View the details of a particular request found in the report, by copying and pasting the request number into the Search Request option in the My Work tab.
