Navigate to   Rule Architect   Functions   Create  .

The Create Function screen appears, with the Actions tab and Permissions tab visible in the lower part of the screen.

If you want to view and evaluate the details of a permission before you modify it, use the Permissions tab to expand and view each permission.

Procedure

To modify a permission using the Permissions tab:

  1. In the Permissions tab, find the action that you want to modify and select the icon next to it.

    The action expands to display its associated permissions.

  2. Find the permission you want to modify, and select the icon next to it.

    The Edit Permission window displays.

  3. Edit the permission in one or more of the following ways:

    • Change the Value From and Value To fields.

    • Choose the Plus button to add an additional value range to the permission.

    • Change the permission’s Boolean Condition.

    • To enable or disable all fields in a single action, change the values in the Status column.

  4. When you finish modifying the permissions, choose Save.
