You can execute these reports in the foreground and in background.
List Actions in Roles but not in Rules
This report lists all the actions that are in roles but are not part of the rule library; it works for SAP systems, legacy systems and other (non-SAP) ERP systems for which the adaptors are installed. Legacy system (systems that use Data Extraction) analyses are not real-time, but are current as of the last Action and Role extraction.
Review the results and determine which actions you want to add to a function for critical or conflicting action risk analysis. When you include the action in a function, the rule generation removes the action from future report results. If an action does not require monitoring, you can flag it in Analyzed Actions. To view, delete or add comments to actions in the Analyzed Actions table, choose the Analyzed Action option. Actions that you delete from the Analyzed Actions list are included in future report results.
To execute this report:
Select the report link and enter selection criteria for a system, role, or profile.
To print the report immediately, select Foreground.
To schedule the report, select Background and schedule the report to run once or periodically.
Use the Analyzed Transactions screen to add, change, or delete transactions.
List Authorization Objects in Roles but not in Rules
This report lists permissions that are in roles, but are not in the Rule Library. This report works for SAP systems, legacy systems, and other ERP system for which the adaptors are installed.

Embedded Action Calls in Programs of the SAP System
This report scans code programs of SAP systems to identify embedded transactions calls that could violate risks.
You can report on programs that have embedded critical actions, or report on incidents of conflicting actions embedded in a program.
You can use the report results to update Rule Architect Functions and ensure complete risk definitions.
To execute this report:
Select the report link, and enter a range for System and Transaction.
If you want to retrieve the custom transactions from one program, enter the name of that program.
Use Report Format to select a summary or detail report format.
Use Report Type if you want the report to include any critical transaction in any program or conflicting transactions in one program.
To print the report immediately, choose Execute.
To schedule the report, select Background and schedule the report to run once, or periodically.
