The Copy Request option allows you to create a new request based on an existing request.
You can copy a request to create a request for another user or for multiple users.
If you have multiple users who have requested access to the same system or roles, you can copy an existing request to create multiple requests with similar information, and then enter the user-specific information. You can also import a file with the users' information. This file must be tab delimited, and must include for each request:
User ID
First name
Last name
E-mail address
Once you have created this file, you can import it to create requests for multiple users at the same time.
In the My Work tab, choose Copy Request. The Copy Request screen appears.
In the Source Request ID field, enter the request ID you want to copy.
Select the information attributes you want to copy to your new request.
For a single request, select the Copy pushbutton.
Otherwise, choose Multi User and skip to step 6.
Complete the Create Request screen for a single user.
All of the fields in this screen are autopopulated with information copied from the Source Request ID.

If you choose Multi User, the Copy Request-Import Request screen appears.
You can import a text file that lists multiple users with similar attributes. Choose Browse to locate your text file.
The text file must contain the following fields in the following order: User ID, First Name, Last Name, and E-Mail Address.
The text file must be tab-delimited. Separate each value by using one tab space.
Select the Import pushbutton.
The Copy Request Import Request screen is then filled with the user ID listed in your text file.
Choose Save
The Create Request-General Information screen appears.

The term Multi User appears in the User ID information fields.
Complete the Create Request screen for a multiple user.
