Superuser Privilege Management Administrator Interface

The administrator interface consists of a vertical navigation bar, horizontal tabs, and the Superuser Privilege Management administration screen.

The administrator interface is the access point for Superuser Privilege Management administrators. Users must have the proper role and logon.

Navigation Bar

The navigation bar includes two menus: Administration and Utilities. The Administration menu contains three sections: Table Maintenance, Archive, and the Toolbox. The Utilities menu provides screens to upload and download table data.

Administration Tabs

The administration tabs provide all the tools and access that Superuser Privilege Management administrators need to manage firefighters and tasks.

Log Report	Used to generate the Log Report
Owners	Define the owner of a firefighter ID
Firefighters	Assign firefighter IDs for a defined period of days
Controllers	Define controllers for firefighter IDs
Security	Define passwords for firefighter IDs
Reason Code	Define reason codes that firefighters require to log on
Configuration	Set the configuration parameters
Critical T-codes	The critical transactions table. Users can also use the critical transaction table from Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR)
Toolbox	Lists all Superuser Privilege Management reports. All other users view the reports through a URL provided by the administrator

Superuser Privilege Management Administrator Screen

The Superuser Privilege Management Administrator Screen displays when the firefighter logs on. The following table describes the screen headings and provides a short description of each.

Administration Headings	Use
Firefighter ID	Displays the available firefighter IDs. The list of available firefighter IDs depends on the user who initiates the application.
Firefighter ID Owner	Lists the Owner for the corresponding firefighter ID.
Status	A green light displays when the firefighter ID is available for firefighting. A red light displays when the firefighter ID is in use. The name of the firefighter who is using uses this ID appears in the Firefighter ID Used By column.
Description	A short task description that provides information about a firefighter ID. Since firefighters can have several IDs, the description helps the owner to know which ID to use.
FFID Used By	Displays which firefighter logged in with the corresponding firefighter ID. If a field is empty, the firefighter ID is not in use.
Log on Using FFID	Displays the initial logon screen for a firefighter ID.
Message to FF	Enables one firefighter to send a message to another firefighter to request use of a firefighter ID that is already in use.
