Configuring Objects by Class

To configure objects by class:

Choose the Objects by Class tab.
All the objects associated with the role appear, grouped by class.
Expand a class to view its hierarchical structure and characteristics.
Using the icons and their associated actions, configure each authorization as necessary.
Choose Org. Levels to view all organizational levels and configure the organizational level values associated with the role.
The Process Org. Level Fields page appears.
- In the From and To columns, choose the search icon to search for and change the corresponding organizational level values.
- To add more values to an organizational level, choose the Arrow icon.
- To give full authorization to every organizational level value, choose Full Authorization.
- To delete an Org. Level field, select the organizational level you want to delete and then choose the Delete icon.
Choose Save.
