. Here, requestors can request a new account for an SAP or a non-SAP system. Depending on how security is configured, they can also request a new account for another user.Follow the procedure below to request Information.

From the Request Type dropdown list, choose Create Account.
Enter the user information for the account that you want to create.
Fill in the information as indicated in the table below and then chooseSubmit.
The request is automatically routed to an approval workflow.

Here, you can select a specific business process to apply to this request. Choose it from the Business Process dropdown list, and complete the related fields. Choose a User Validity Start Date and a User Validity End Date using the calendar icons. These dates specify the time range when the access is valid. |

Choose Continue to save your entries and return to the Create Request main page. Choose Cancel to clear the additional page and return to the Create Request main page. |
Add at least one role to your access request.
Choose Submit.
