The User Access Review History report provides the history of actions that were performed on user access review tasks.

It is possible to include or exclude types of user access reviews by setting the criteria you use to run the report. You must specify criteria for the report before you run the report.

Caution Caution

If you do not specify criteria for the report, the User Access Review History report might contain a large amount of data that could cause a slow download, based on its size and a given user's Internet speed.

After you have specified the search criteria and run the report, you can print the report.

You can also choose the Download pushbutton to save the report to your local drive.

  1. To generate a User Access Review History report, you specify the criteria among the following parameters.

    Parameter

    Description

    Reviewer ID

    To view the history of all user access reviews that were conducted by a specific reviewer, enter the reviewer’s ID, or click the magnifying glass icon to search for it.

    Coordinator ID

    To view the history of all user access reviews by a specific coordinator, enter the coordinator’s user ID or choose the magnifying glass icon to search for it.

    User ID

    To see the history of all user access reviews for a specific user, enter the user ID or choose the magnifying glass icon to search for it.

    Role

    To search by Role name, enter it in this field.

    Request Number

    To search by Request Number, enter it in this field.

    Request Status

    To search for all, or for specific classifications of request status, choose from the dropdown list:

    • All

    • Cancel

    • Closed

    • Open

    Escalated

    To view all escalated reviews, or to view the subsets of escalated reviews that had rejections; or did not have rejections, choose from the dropdown lists:

    • All

      Displays all escalated reviews

    • Yes

      Displays escalated reviews that had rejections; includes a line item count of rejections

    • No

      Displays escalated reviews that did not have rejections.

    Creation Start Date; Creation End Date

    To see all the user access reviews conducted within a specific date range, choose the calendar icon to select the start date and end date for the range.

    Application

    To see all the user access reviews for a specific application system, select the system from the dropdown list.

    Action

    To view the user access reviews that resulted in the following actions, choose from the dropdown list:

    • All

      Displays user access reviews that resulted in both a removal and mitigation

    • Approve

      Displays user access reviews that resulted in an approval

    • None

      Displays user access reviews for which there were no actions

    • Remove

      Displays user access reviews that resulted in a removal

    • Reject

      Displays user access reviews that resulted in a rejection

    Organization

    To see all the user access reviews for a particular organization, enter the name of the organization here.

    Hit Count

    Here, you may specify the number of records to be returned in the search.

    Archived Requests

    To include archived requests in the report, check this box.

    Job ID

    To search by Job ID for a user access review, you can locate the Job ID associated with a request by looking in the corresponding User Access Review Status Report. Then you enter it in the present Job ID field as one of your criteria.

  2. Once you have selected your parameters, choose the Search pushbutton to display the results.

    You can also:

    • Print the report.

    • Choose the Clear pushbutton to begin entering criteria to start a new search.

    • Select a column heading in the Search Results table to sort the requests in ascending or descending order.

    • View the details of a particular request found in the report, by copying and pasting the request number into the Search Request option in the My Work tab.

  3. You can choose the Download pushbutton to download the report:

    • If the report contains less than 65,000 lines, it downloads to MicroSoft Excel

    • If the report contains more than 65,000 lines, it can be downloaded to a tab-delimited .txt file, which can be imported to a reporting tool for further analysis.
