Requestors can request to unlock existing accounts for themselves or for other users.
Follow the procedure below to unlock a user account.
Navigate to
.The Create Request screen appears
From the Request Type dropdown list, choose Unlock Account.
Enter the user information for the account that you want to unlock.
Enter your User ID and name in the Requestor Information.
Fill in the information as indicated in the table below and then choose Submit.
The request is automatically routed to a predefined workflow for approval.

Here, you can select a specific business process to apply to this request. Choose it from the Business Process dropdown list, and complete the related fields. Choose a User Validity Start Date and a User Validity End Date using the calendar icons. These dates specify the time range when the access is valid. |

Choose Continue to save your entries and return to the Create Request main page. Choose Cancel to clear the additional page and return to the Create Request main page. |
