The Requests by PD/Structural Profiles report displays all requests grouped by PD or structural profile.
To generate a Requests By PD/Structural Profiles report, select from the parameters in the table below for the data that you want to review.

Date From |
Use the calendar icon to select the beginning of the date range that you want to search. |
Date To |
Use the calendar icon to select the end of the date range. |
Role Name |
To filter for requests that contain a particular role, enter the name of the role here. |
Role Approver |
To filter for role requests that were approved by a particular approver, select the approver's name. |
Status |
To filter for requests that have a particular status, select the status. |
System |
To filter for a particular system, select the system here. |
Workflow Type |
To filter for requests that belong to a particular workflow type such as CUP, select the workflow type here. |
Archived Requests |
To include archived requests in your search, check this box. |
Once you have selected your parameters, choose Search to display the requested results.
Note
To view the details of a request, copy and paste the request number into the Search Request option in the My Work tab.
Select any of the column headings in theSearch Results table to sort the request in ascending or descending order.
Choose Clear to empty the fields and start a new search.
Choose Cancel to return to the menu page.
Choose the Print pushbutton to print the report.
Choose the Download pushbutton to download the report for further analysis.
Note
The default download is to Excel. However, if the file is greater than 65,000 lines, the system automatically downloads in tab-delimited file format. The user cannot select this format, it is automatic based on file size.
