Risk Violations Management Reports 
In the top section, the Risk Violations Report display the total number of requests grouped by violations and mitigations.
In the bottom section, the Risk Violation Details, you can view subsets in graphical form: number of high and medium risk violations that were identified.
To generate a Risk Violations Report, expand the Chart View and choose Risk Violations. The Provisioning Management Reports - Risk Violations screen displays in the upper area. Below, it is the Risk Violations Details area.
Select from the parameters in the table below for the data that you want to review and analyze.
Parameter
Description
Start Date/ End Date
Use the calendar icon to select the start date and end date of the date range that you want to report on.
System
If you want to report on a specific system, select it from the list.
Request Type
If you want to report on a specific request type, select it from the list.
Priority
If you want to report on a specific request priority, select it from the list.
Functional Area
If you want to report on a specific functional area, select it from the list.
Workflow Type
If you want to report on a specific workflow type, select it from the list.
Archived Requests
If you want to include archived requests in the report, check this box.
After you have selected the parameters for your report, choose Go to update the pie chart and bar graph with the values from your query.
The pie chart represents the number of requests that match your search criteria. The pie is divided into the following slices: requests that have violations, requests that do not have violations, and requests that have been mitigated.
You can select any slice of the pie to drill down to the details of the requests that comprise that slice.
The lower half of the screen, Risk Violations Details, shows a bar graph. This graph is not a representation of the requests themselves. It represents the number of high and medium risk violations that were identified. You may select any bar to drill down to the details of the risk violations that comprise that bar.
