End User Logon 
You can use the End User Logon screen to perform non-administrator provisioning tasks such as creating access requests, managing your password, and so on.
To access the end user logon screen, use the link provided by your administrator. For more information see, Managing the End User Logon.
Note
You do not require an account in the Access Control system to use the end user logon.
Prerequisites
You have enabled the end user logon in the Customizing activity Activate End User Logon, under 
Governance, Risk, and Compliance
