Use

Customizing

The standard system comes with a condition table suitable for withholding taxes, 399. You can copy this table as described in Customizing for Sales and Distribution (SD), by choosing Basic Functions → Pricing → Pricing Control → Define Condition Tables.

When you have defined the condition table, assign it to the access sequence.
