Display Overview of All Trips

Use

This program allows you to display cross-period general data for a trip (PTRV_HEAD) and periodic general trip data (PTRV_PERIO). If you want to display all of the trip data stored for a trip in the database, you should display the trip details.

Procedure

Choose Travel Expenses

Choose Tools ® Database Reporting ® Overview of Trips.

You are now in the Overview of Trips screen.

Enter the relevant personnel number.

Select the required display layout using field Overview of Trips.

If you select this field, the system generates a total overview for the trips and does not immediately show the data for PTRV_HEAD and PTRV_PERIO for the trips selected.

Restrict the data volume using the field current version.

Several different versions of a trip can be stored in the database as the system generates a new version every time a trip that has been successfully transferred to FI, is changed. If you select this field, the system only displays the current version.

Choose Program ® Execute.

Result

Once you have generated the total list for the trips, you can display the contents for PTRV_HEAD or PTRV_PERIO by selecting the individual entry required and choosing Edit -> Select. From here, you select either the PTRV_HEAD or PTRV_PERIO entry and choose Edit → TE Cluster. The trip details for the trip selected are displayed.
