Travel Manager (TRIP)
  1. Select the relevant trip and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Change.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Entry and settlement history).
    The Trip data maintain or display: History screen appears.

Travel Expense Manager (PR05)
  1. Select the relevant trip and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Change) or This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Display).
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Entry and settlement history).
    The Trip data maintain or display: History screen appears.

Travel calendar
(PR02)
  1. Position the cursor on a field of the relevant trip.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Entry and settlement history).
    The Trip data maintain or display: History screen appears.

Weekly report
(PR04)
  1. Position the cursor on the relevant weekly report and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Change) or This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Display).
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Entry and settlement history).
    The Trip data maintain or display: History screen appears.

 

Result

The system shows the history of the trip status for the selected trip.
