Use
In Thailand, on the 15th of each month, you have to file an input tax report and an output tax report for the previous calendar month with the local revenue department. The tax report lists all of the business transactions on which you have paid input tax and output tax respectively.
You create the tax reports using the standard
Advance Return on for Tax on Sales/Purchases report. You can also use this report to transfer input and output tax to a tax payable account.
Features
To access the report, from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting → Financial Accounting → General Ledger → Reporting → Tax Reports → Thailand → Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases.
Selection
On the selection screen, enter data as required. Some fields that are particularly interesting for Thailand are as follows:
Enter the business place submitting the report.
In order for the vendor and customer addresses to be displayed, select Read Address Data.
For the input and output tax reports, select Input Tax: Line Items or Output Tax: Line Items and enter a layout. Country Version Thailand comes with a sample layout for each. The layouts are both called 6SAP. For each output tax item, it shows:
For each input tax item, layout 6SAP shows the same information plus your own tax invoice number.
You can use this and adapt it to your own requirements as needed.
