Constitutes a course offering for learners in their Learning Portal. Is technically a special delivery method that flexibly groups course program blocks. A course program block contains course program block elements. Elements can be course types or curriculum types. The course type contains courses with various delivery methods (for example, a course has the delivery method classroom training) and the curriculum type contains curricula that in turn contain courses with various delivery methods (for example, a curriculum contains a classroom training and a WBT.) The course program can also contain course program blocks that contain course types or curriculum types and also alternative course types or curriculum types. For example, a new employee completes a course program containing various courses that has been prescribed for their position. The employee does not have to complete courses that they have already completed before, but it is mandatory for them to complete other courses for their new position. The learner is guided by the system through the course program. The courses contained in the course program can be booked individually or all together.
