Use

You wish to display the reports you have selected.

Prerequisites

You determine which reports are contained in the information system and how this is structured in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This means that you can select your own report selection from the menu when you call up the information system.

Procedure

There are two ways of displaying evaluation results:

  1. From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Information systems → Accounting → Financial accounting → Accounts receivable → Reports for Accounts Receivable accounting
    or
    Accounts payable → Reports for Accounts Payable accounting.
  2. From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Accounting → Financial accounting → Accounts receivable → Information system → Reports for Accounts Receivable accounting or → Reports for Accounts Payable accounting.

Result

The reports you selected are displayed.
