Employee Trip Approval

Use

The system can only settle employee trips that you have approved for settlement. The following options are available to you for this purpose:

Approval of exactly one individual trip via a trip entry scenario

Approval of one or more trips via the approval program

Approval of one trip via SAP Business Workflow (if integrated)

Integration

If you only want to approve one employee trip via a trip entry scenario, you can simulate the results of the employee trip first. This gives you an overview of the travel expenses to be expected.
