Features

Master Data

New fields for commitment items to handle descriptions and to classify commitment items. These fields are used in the budget preparation process to search for commitment items.

Reports and Forms

  • New forms to cover specific business requirements in Qatar:

    • Layout for Actual Expenses and Remaining Balance for Commitment Items

    • Layout for Budget Details by Quarter

  • All Qatar-specific reports were enhanced to display different types of descriptions (standard, original, or alternative) for commitment items.

Budget Execution

Enhancement to the following reports to allow printing of new forms:

  • Budget and Expenditure by Quarter (QAFM_BT_EXP_QUARTER): New radio buttons allow you to choose between Budget and Budget and Expenses:

    • If you select Budget, the new layout Budget Details by Quarter is displayed.

    • If you select Budget and Expenses, the layouts that were delivered with business function PSM_FM_LOC_CI_06 are displayed.

  • Budget and Expenditure by Period (QAFM_BT_EXP_MONTH): New radio buttons allow you to choose the level of detail (Low or High):

    • If you select Low, the new layout Actual Expenses and Remaining Balance for Commitment Items is displayed.

    • If you select High, the layouts that were delivered with business function PSM_FM_LOC_CI_06 are displayed.
