Prerequisites

You have defined company-specific text types (text IDs) in Customizing for Sales and Distribution by choosing Basic Functions → Text Control.

Features

You can edit texts for an SD document by choosing the following functions:

●      Texts function key

A new editing screen appears for the SD document.

●      Texts column

The column shows the number of texts. The number is displayed as a hyperlink. The link takes you to a new editing screen for the SD document.

There is also a Texts tab for editing texts for the main tab pages Header Details and Item Details. The Texts tab page displays the text types for which you can enter and copy texts in the selected language.
