Function documentation Sales Orders with Individual Purchasing  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You can use this worklist to monitor sales orders with individual purchasing as regards quantity and date differences.

The sales orders contain sales order items for which direct procurement is initiated. The system compares the data of a sales order item (or schedule line) with the related purchasing documents, such as purchase requisition and purchase order.

Integration

This query is called in the Worklist for Sales Documents iView. For additional technical information, see List of Personal Worklists.

Features

You can restrict the selection of sales documents by using the following search criteria:

Organizational structures of sales and distribution (such as sales organization, sales office, or sales group)

Employee responsible in sales and distribution

Statuses of the sales order (such as incomplete, locked by credit check)

General criteria of the sales order (such as order type)

You can use the criteria personalization to determine the search criteria for the quick search. For more information, see Personal Worklist.

The system compares the sales orders it found based on these restrictions with the related purchasing documents. The results list either contains all orders or orders with one of the following processing statuses:

A goods receipt has already been posted for the related purchase order.

The purchasing quantities to be procured do not match the sales order quantities.

The dates confirmed by the vendor in purchasing affect the confirmed dates for the customer.
