Handling Unit

Without Reference

1.

From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics → Logistics Execution → Internal Whse Processes → Value-Added Services (VAS) → Work Center (RF).

The Logon screen appears.

Enter the warehouse number, work center and presentation device. You can view a list of possible values and select from the list by doing the following:

...

                            a.      Place the cursor on the field for which you want to choose a value

                            b.      Choose List.

                            c.      Choose an option from the list.

The default device will appear in the Pres. device field if a default device has been defined for your user. For more information, see Defining RF Device Users.

Choose Log. The main menu appears.

Choose Select Delivery.

The Select Delivery  screen appears.

Choose Select TR.

The Select TR screen appears.

Choose Select HU.

The Select HU screen appears.

Choose Select VAS Order Without Reference.

The Select VAS Order Without Reference screen appears.

In the Ref Document field, enter the delivery number and choose Ent.

In the Ref Document field, enter the TR number and choose Ent.

In the Ref Document field, enter the HU number and choose Ent.

In the Ref Document field, enter the VAS order number and choose Ent.

The Display VAS Order screen appears, displaying the following information:

·        Document type

·        Reference document

·        VAS order

·        Packing instruction description

·        Material item and quantity

·        Text item

You can scroll up and down the VAS order text via the PgUp (Ù) / PgDn (Ú) buttons.

If the VAS order requires re-packing:

...

                            a.      Unpack the handling unit by choosing Upck and then following steps 2-4 in Unpacking from the SAP Library for Mobile Data Entry.

                            b.      Pack the materials into the new handling unit by choosing Pack and then following steps 2-3 in Packing from the SAP Library for Mobile Data Entry.

8.

To confirm the VAS order, choose Cnfr.

The status of the VAS order changes to D.

9.

If there are more VAS orders based on the reference document, which are to be performed in this work center, choose Next to display the next one.

10.

Repeat steps 6-9 for each VAS order.
