Graphical User Interface (BC-FES-GUI)

The set of technical features and functions used to exchange information with a system.

In an ABAP-based SAP system, the user interface covers all control elements of an ABAP program. This includes the graphical user interface (GUI) in a window and the function keys and other keys of the input device (keyboard or other hardware component that simulates a keyboard, such as a bar code reader).

In Web-based applications, the user interface is realized in Web browsers by Server Pages or Web Dynpros.
