Allocation Table List 

Use

You use this function to select existing allocation tables and display them in a list. This gives you an overview of the existing allocation tables and, if necessary, it also enables you to go straight to the item overview in an allocation table.

Features

·        On the selection screen you can enter different criteria for allocation table selection, for example:

¡        Numbers of allocation tables

¡        Merchandise category

¡        Data for the distribution center or distribution channel

¡        Status of allocation tables

If you do not explicitly select allocation tables using allocation table numbers, you must enter at least one criterion for the header data in the Administration/Organization Data group box.

·        The system displays all the allocation tables that correspond to your selection criteria in aggregated form.

¡        In the upper section of the screen, the system displays information from the header data of the allocation table that it enhances with data for the distribution center.

The data for the distribution center is not unique at header or item level of an allocation table.

An allocation table, for example, can contain more than one distribution center, an allocation table item can be supplied by more than one distribution center.

¡        By double-clicking on an allocation table or an allocation table item in the upper section of the screen, you can display detailed information for the individual items of the allocation tables in the lower part of the screen.

·        You can branch from the upper part of the screen to the item overview of an allocation table where you can display or process allocation table items.

·        For individual items, you can go to the article master display from the lower part of the screen.

Activities

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics → Retailing → Merchandise Logistics → Merchandise Distribution → Allocation Table → Allocation Table List.
