Talent Relationship Management (TRM) enables you to maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential employees.
The Talent Warehouse constitutes the basis of Talent Relationship Management. External and internal candidates store their skills and interests in this talent database. Using the data stored by candidates in the Talent Pool of the Talent Warehouse, you can:
● Set up and maintain individual long-term relationships with potential employees
● Manage qualifications and potentials
● Publish vacancies in the company
● Submit concrete job offers to registered candidates
You can use talent groups to subdivide your Talent Pool into segments. You do so by grouping candidates into categories that suit your requirements, creating the relevant talent groups, and assigning candidates to them. You can use the Candidate Search function in the Talent Pool to identify suitable candidates and assign them to talent groups.
Talent groups enable you to handle the assigned candidates in a uniform way and to create candidate-specific activities for them. For example, you can rate candidates, send out letters and questionnaires, or offer career services.
You can rank candidates in the Talent Pool. These ranking options are also available in the Applicant Tracking process. For example, when a candidate applies for an employment opportunity and you want to see how the candidate ranks against other applicants.
Talent Relationship Management contains the following functions:
● Candidate Search in the Talent Pool
● Segmentation of the Talent Pool by assigning candidates to talent groups
● Creation of TRM activities for candidates in the Talent Pool, for example, to provide additional services, job offers, newsletters, and so on
● Ranking of candidates
● Sending of questionnaires to candidates
● Cleanup of the Talent Pool
